The Audit is the first engagement because most AI projects fail at the diagnosis step, not the build step. Sequence matters. Skipping the Audit is the most expensive shortcut in this category.

We ship production AI, not prototypes.

There's a gap between an AI demo that works on Tuesday and an AI system that works on Monday morning, two months later, when the model changes its output format. We've spent years closing that gap inside our own infrastructure: kill switches, observability, structured-output handling, evaluation harnesses, human-approval gates.
